Please ask any questions you may have before you buy.

This website sells intangible irrevocable digital goods.  Returns are therefore not possible and refunds are not available.   Your purchase includes coaching and a post-launch content health check; and both may be taken up to a maximum of six months after the product purchase date. 

If you believe that the product you have purchased is not as described, and for this reason would like to request a refund, please contact me by email. 

Any such claims must be made within seven days of the date of purchase.
